Type 1 MSA for microscope and Offset.

Hello Everyone,

I was looking for someone who could help me with a dilemma I'm facing with respect to an MSA for a microscope. The specific problem is that i do not have tolerance I can input for my type 1 analysis. Resolution used is 5 microns per pixel, the accuracy cannot be below 5 microns. This is the standard resolution for particles starting from 50 microns. I have attached the Linearity study results and the P value, as you can see it is less than 0.05. The range we would like to try for our Type 1 would be 100 to 150, with max being 120. The general results I get for this range is also attached (range 100 to 150 observations). I would like to ask mainly these questions:

1) does the resolution of 5 microns play a part in getting consistent results as shown in the observation and the P value files?

2) what are the tolerances we can use for Type 1 analysis, both upper and lower Tolerance, and why those values?

3) can this be a case of unilateral Tolerance?

4) How do we rectify it? is an offset possible for a microscope ?
