Show text box annotation when hove over cell in tabulate

Hi, I am using some web report template I found here (attached)

I would like to know if it's possible to add some rich text when you hove over cell with mouse in tabulate.

Right now it shows column name (gender).

I wonder if I can customize it with JSL and for example show in this textbox names of all students that corresponds cell criteria

Right now it is not possible to make a label or tag that goes to a web link, if that is what you are requesting.  It has been added as a recommendation for development.
