Setting path to R location
Hello
I would like to be able to run a couple of R-scripts I have. Additionally, I'd like to run some of the JMP add-ins that utilize R (ex. Chernoff Faces). Is there a way to set the pate within preferences or tell JMP where the location of R is on my laptop. Its not under program files (due to admin rights), as I'm assumming that's where it might be looking. It is definately on my laptop however, with all pertinent libraries loaded.
To be more specific, I get the following when trying to run the command R connect();
An installation of R cannot be found on this system. JMP R support requires R version 2.9.1 or higher in access or evaluation of 'Glue' , Names Default To Here( 1 ); /*###*/If( Is Empty( dt = Current Data Table() ),
Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Jim Pappas
