Reinstalling JMP 18

How can I remove JMP 18 from one PC to install it on another PC?

When I try to reinstall JMP 18, I get the message: "No software authorization found for JMP. To start a trial, go to jmp.com/trial"

The license is linked to the email address, therefore it's not necessary to uninstall it one one system to be able to install it on another system.

 

Did you use the same email address on both systems?

Your email is displayed on the splash screen with every start of JMP.
