Post-hoc tests for repeated measurements

Hi JMPers,

Quick question: Does anybody know if JMP permits post-hoc tests for between subjects factors in a repeated measure model?

I get significant responses when I run my repeated measures test, but nowhere can I find a value for a statistical standard error, or an option to compare means (for example a Ryan's multiple range test, etc.).

Thanks!

Re: Post-hoc tests for repeated measurements

I am not sure what standard error you have in mind, but there are some post-hoc options under the red triangle for each effect (found under "Effect Details" if "Minimal Report" is chosen) in the report. There you can also find LS Means standard errors whereas the parameter standard errors are listed under "Parameter Estimates" and "REML Variance...".

Below is a sample script illustrating Tukey HSD test for differences among subjects in a repeated measure model.
