Please help me understand how to get what my professor is looking for!!!

I am not looking to cheat but cannot figure out how to build this graph or get to what my professor wants.

It doesn't sound like your professor wants so much to build a graph, but wants you to perform an analysis to fit a model.  In JMP you would use the Fit Model platform to do that.
