Re: Non-inferiority test

Hi, ToharRoth!

The short answer is: yes.

The longer answer is: you'll probably need JSL.  The design and analysis of non-inferiority trials is a deep and broad subject, and since you've asked a very general question with no detail of your data or requirements, it's difficult to assess how complicated that script will need to be.  For instance, if you are new to JMP and you will be performing multiple comparison tests with different modeling datatypes for the purpose of FDA approval, I definitely recommend you seek professional help and find a statistician who knows JSL and non-inferiority trials well.

Good luck!

Kevin

Re: Non-inferiority test

Thank you for your reply and sorry for the late replay

I found an explanation in the attached link-

https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/17.1/index.shtml#page/jmp/example-of-an-equivalence-test.shtml#w....

But I can't progress to step 6: there is no "Means" button.

I am using JMP pro 16.

I would be very happy to receive help

Tohar
