Local data filter, graph legend

When I use Local data filter the Legend of the graph is not updated. Any idea how to solve it? I am using JMP12.

There are few different types of Legends in JMP.  If you are using the "Row Legend", this issue was fixed in JMP 14.  If you are using another type of legend, can you provide a script that shows the issue?
