Lines in Graph Builder not updating correctly when applying data filters

I’m working with a dataset where multiple filters are applied. When I change filters, the points update properly but the connecting lines don’t always redraw correctly.
Is there a setting or workflow to force Graph Builder to refresh lines automatically?
Any suggestions are appreciated.

You might have to modify these settings

Essential Graphing > Graph Builder > Element Types and Options > Line 

Can you provide example which can be used to replicate the issue?
