May I ask is there a template or specific format for poster submission ? Is there a link or document that I can use as reference ?

If I remember correctly, presenters will get an email with instructions for the presentation and it has links to some templates. For references, I think you can use any of the previous discovery summit presentations, for reference purposes I would try to use fairly new presentations.

Thanks jhti… What about abstract submission then ? For some forum, there are specific requirements- like not more than 2 pages including figures, etc… does JMP discovery summit have such requirement ?

What JMP (+ steering committee) is looking for is explained on the discovery summit's call for content pages. For example call for content for Europe 2027 is open,  Discovery Summit Europe 2027 - Call for Content
