JMP Course Video error

I am seeing this error while opening any JMP course videos.

Did you try to load it again later? Did you try to use a different browser or computer?

Hi @OrdinaryShark22 . Would you please let us know the following:

 

  • What browser are you using?
  • What operating system?
  • Do you have any issues playing the videos in either of these articles:  or  ?
  • At what point do you receive the error?
  • Are there are any firewalls or security measure that might be interfering?
  • Would you please provide a link to one of the course in which you are experiencing the issue?
