There is a known issue when installing JMP and JMP Pro 17.0 for MacOS via the SAS Software Depot. For more information, please read The JMP® 17 installation media for Macintosh does not apply the license file

What if you already installed JMP and did not have the SID file with the dmg file?  I think you can run the script:

 

renew license();

 

And locate the SID file.
