JMP 17 Date/Time Format option does not have y/m/d option

I recently got a new PC and downloaded JMP17. I have used JMP17 (and older versions) on my old PC for many years now. When I go to import data to JMP or run a query that loads data with a Date/Time column, JMP doesn't recognize y/m/d as a valid format, so it reports the data with a bunch of #'s. This seems to be because the format doesn't include the option to use y/m/d Instead, it has #'s in place of the forward slashes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Look under the Date category of formats, not the Time, and you will find the y/m/d format

That looks odd. Try making the width larger, maybe 32 instead of 22. I don't know where the # in the format is coming from, but the ####### in the result is supposed to mean the field is too narrow. Maybe if 32 is wide enough, we'll see what it is trying to format. (Yes, 22 should be wide enough for 2025/01/01 23:59:59)
