Interaction profile

Hi,

I am doing a regression analysis for which I got the following equation-

Permeation flux= 11.395-0.058 (size)+ 4.136 (elasticity) -0.055 (size *elasticity)

I got a interaction profile between size and elasticity but I dont know how to interpret this. I am attaching the profile (untitled)...Can anybody help me understand what this figure suggest.
