Hi,

Does anyone know information about the JMP Addin to import the "Standard Test Data Format" file into JMP for Windows?

Would be handy if we can get information like how to use it?, How much does it cost?

 

Note: "Standard Test Data Format" - File format which we get it(with test data) from the Measurement device.

There is one more solution, SilTest offers an STDF loader for JMP, supports PTR and FTR records for sure, maybe you can give it a try. Costs jus $9 per month in their subscription - https://www.siltest.com/tools-and-automation/yieldoptix/

 

They also offer a very powerful "Addin" for JM P that simplifies data analysis, supported by several AI/ML features. No programming needed.
