Individual confidence interval in prediction profiler

Hi community,

I have two questions about using the individual confidence interval in the model fit platform:

  • Is there a possibility to display the individual confidence interval in the prediction profiler instead of the mean confidence interval?
  • Is there a possibility to display the individual confidence interval in the contour profiler? The aim is to see which conditions I can chose so the response is still within the individual CI (alpha: 5%).

Thank you very much,

Martin

Re: Individual confidence interval in prediction profiler

Hi,

It's a bit of a workaround, but you could always save the "Indiv Confidence Limit Formula" and use them to generate the profilers from the Graph menu.  It'll create two profilers showing the high-and-low intervals.  Is that an option?
