I am unable to run JMP software due to system error
I am unable to run the JMP application on my laptop. I am getting this error even after reinstalling the application and restarting my laptop.

I'll agree with the other replies here to contact support.
A little more context: The DLL it cannot find is normally installed as part of the Visual C++ Redistributable portion of the JMP install. Perhaps something went wrong with that step.
It would also be helpful to know which version of JMP you're using here since those files do change across versions.
I recommend running the version which came with your copy of JMP and tech support can help you locate and run that installer.
The files originally come from Microsoft and they are quite careful to have newer versions continue working with older versions. So, a newer install may work just fine. The permalink to the latest install from Microsoft is here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
