I am getting contradicting errors in my repeating mixed model under the effects table

The issue is that I need my site in the effects table and if I did remove it, I get another error saying I'm missing the site effect.

Hi,

You have the "Site" effect twice, once as a nested effect and once as a stand-alone effect. JMP cannot handle both. Hence the error message. You need to choose one or the other.
