How to transfer graph data into powerpoint ?

Hi, 

I usually have to manually transfer graph data ( ex: shown below), by copying three plots at once and transferring them into a new slide in powerpoint manually. I usually have about 40-50 of such plots and it is time consuming to transfer manually each time. Is it possible to automate this in JSL and send pair of 3 plots into a new slide?
