Hi omer89, You may made changes through Right Click the Graph and select "Customize". You just need choose "Outliers" & "Markers" and made the changes at the Properties at the right side. Hope this helps.

Select the data you want to recolor in the graph. Right click and select Rows > Row Colors. Pick the coloring you like. You can also have JMP locate outliers programmatically and highlight them using the Outlier explorer tool (Analyze > Screening > Explore Outliers.). There's a button there that says "Color Rows"
