How do i make one design by combining BBD and CCD in one

How can we include all two polymers, along with their respective factors and levels, in a single design or dataset to compare them effectively and determine which polymer is best suited for this drug?

Hi @BHARATH1811,

Welcome in the Community !

If I understand your topic well, you would be interested in merging the two DoE in one table to compare the two polymers ?

From a first point of view on your data, it seems complicated as your factors are different in the two scenarii. To be able to combine the two tables effectively, you would need to have common factors.

You could however maybe trying to optimize separately the conditions for each of the polymer, and compare the two optimums and/or the sensitivity of your optimum in each case.

Hope this answer may help you,
