How do I make cells blank>

Hi,
I'm new to jmp, so please forgive me if this is a dumb question...
How do I replace numerical values in a cell with blanks if they do not meet a certain criteria or otherwise exclude them? If I set a filter, it ends up filtering out the entire row, which is not what I want to do (there's other useful data in that row).
Thanks!

I should add that my table many, many rows and going through them all to clear cells is quite time consuming.
