How can I in JMP statistically compare the Fit Mean values in two Funnel plots to see if they differ?

I use JMP on a regular basis and am grateful for the Funnel plot add-in to JMP that has been created by one member of the community. However, I would like to compare the Fit Mean values of two Funnel plots that represent two periods, see enclosed file. Just looking at the Funnel plot it seems that the Fit Mean value of the First period is approximately 0.075 and the Fit Mean value of the second period is approximately 0.05. But do they differ significantly and how do I do to find out?

Sincerely yours

I assume that you have the Proportions data in one column and the Period in another column. You can compare them by selecting Analyze > Fit Y by X, assign Proportions to Y, Period to X, and click OK. Click the red triangle and select Means/ANOVA.
