If you are using the Page capability in Graph Builder, you can select Link Page Axes from the Graph Builder red triangle.
Other graphs can be linked together using JSL, through the use of Add Graphics Text.
Can you provide more specifics on what you need. I might be able to provide more help if you would do that.
