Graphics Scale Factor % - how to set it in Set Preferences?

In JMP 14, Preferences window > Windows Specific > Graphics Format, there is a preference called "Graphic scale factor %". How does one set this using Set Preferences()? I could not locate any reference to it.
I do not see a way to retrieve or set that preference programmatically in either JMP 14 or JMP 17. Maybe another Community member has insight into this.
The preferences for the following areas are not accessible in JSL: Text Data Files, Windows Specific, Mac OS Settings, Fonts, Communications, Script Editor, and JMP Updates.
