Graphics Scale Factor % - how to set it in Set Preferences?

In JMP 14, Preferences window > Windows Specific > Graphics Format, there is a preference called "Graphic scale factor %".  How does one set this using Set Preferences()?  I could not locate any reference to it.

I do not see a way to retrieve or set that preference programmatically in either JMP 14 or JMP 17.  Maybe another Community member has insight into this.

I do not see this preference either. It is not included in the documentation for setting preferences with functional calls. In fact, the notes are specific about the omissions:

Notes

The preferences for the following areas are not accessible in JSL: Text Data Files, Windows Specific, Mac OS Settings, Fonts, Communications, Script Editor, and JMP Updates.
