Re: Finding questions raised by members. on specific tpoic in this platform

Hi. We are working on various methods of finding information more easily. To help with that, we need to categorize the data. The first set of categorization is the based on the analytic capabilities in the Analytic Workflow. The Mastering JMP section of the Community illustrates the multi-selection filtering we intend to use throughout the Community.  The Discussions section multi-filtering is a bit more complex given the features/information available in the list.

If you have suggestions for improvements on finding information within the Community, please share in the Community Wish List.

Thanks.

Besides community managers, community users can also use the tags to find specific topics.
In the wish list, there is the menu on the right:

and a link to Data Access looks like this:
https://community.jmp.com/t5/JMP-Wish-List/idb-p/jmp-wish-list/label-name/data%20access

Is such a pre-filtering also possible for the Bogs or the Discussions?
https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/bd-p/discussions/label-name/data%20access
doesn't seem to work ...

At the moment, all the tags are "function" oriented.

@Ryan_Gilmore , is it possible to add a tag for GUI / User Experience?

Provide a special Label for improvements of the Jmp GUI / user experience

Having such a dedicated tag could also act as a sign  - and separate from the others, something like:

Jmp is one of the companies which is interested in a smooth/ optimized / best in class ... user experience .
