Facing Problem with JMP Course

Hello My name is Ridhi and I'm currently learning JMP. Unfortunately, I've been having some trouble accessing the course videos. I've tried different browsers, but the same error keeps popping up. Learning JMP is really important for me because I need to analyze data for my sister IVF Centre. I would be really grateful if anyone has any suggestions or insights on how to fix this error so that I can continue with my learning.
