Curve fitting and Parallelism

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a platform in JMP17 that helps with 4PL or 5PL curve fitting (for bioassay). I'm looking for a step-by-step guideline as I've never done relative potency analysis with JMP in the past.

Thank you

Re: Curve fitting and Parallelism

Have you looked at the Fit Curve platform documentation? Linked here: Fit Curve While the documentation at this link is now for version 18, platforms, unless brand new to a version, typically don't change a whole lot from one version to the next so this should be pretty close to what you see in version 17.

Re: Curve fitting and Parallelism

You can check out curve fitting online for an easy way to do 4PL or 5PL. It’s an online platform that’s super simple to use. You can also visualize your results and export them for further analysis.
