Concatenating over a range of columns

Is it possible to concatenate over a dynamic range of columns? For instance, if I want my result to be a concatenation of columns X - Y (e.g. 1 - 10), is this possible without specifying the columns by name?

With scripting it is most likely possible. Solution depends a lot on how the range of columns is selected.
