Chi Square test, Bonferroni correction

Is there a way to perform Benforni correction or any other post hoc test after 5 x 5 Contingency Table Chi Square test on JMP?

Re: Chi Square test, benforni correction

JMP does not provide a Bonferroni Correction.  Rather, it uses an FDR, False Discovery Rate methodology to p-values to help with the determination of false positives.  If you have many Contingency Table Chi Squares, the best way to handle this is to use Analyze==>Modeling==>Response Screening.  In this platform, which is very fast, you can define the Chi Square analyses you want, and then it will list all of them out, along with the FDR and it's LogWorth transform.  This should give you the information you want.
