Can JMP data table be updated from same excel file with new input only

I have simple excel file

imported to JMP

When new lines get added

I can use Update Table table script to update the data. It might be that JMP loads all the data and then updates the corresponding columns 

Depending on how your data gets updated, you could also create a Workflow to handle the updates

please note that any processing steps (new columns, formatting, grouping)  will be deleted during the "update".
For "new columns", there is a warning - the other settings get deleted without a warning.
