Analyze>Genetics>Marker Statistics in JMP Pro 17

Does the Analyze>Genetics>Marker Statistics only do biallelic data? For example, I have a cross between two heterozygous parents (4way cross) and many markers are AB x CD.  Thank you

In JMP Pro 17 only numeric alleles were allowed. In 18, other formats are allowed. Here is the help for that platform to further explain what is possible: https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/18.2/#page/jmp/launch-the-marker-statistics-platform.shtml%23
