Analysis of covariance

Hi ,

I would like to use my 7d bodyweight as a covariant to analyse 14d,21d and 28 d bodyweight, and check if the 7d had an impact on them. I know that I can do this by using Fit Model, but this analysis changes only a P value and I am looking for analysis which would change the bodyweight figures as well.

It would help if you described your study, the variables in your study, and the ANCOVA model you intend to use with these variables.

Hi,

4 treatments/ 5 replications ech. I will run a one way analysis <Anova>, looking for differences between Control vs T2; Control vs T3 and Control vs T4.

Not everyting went according to plan at 7 days, therefore I want to use 7d as covariant.
