Analysis of covariance

Hi ,

I would like to use my 7d bodyweight as a covariant to analyse 14d,21d and 28 d bodyweight, and check if the 7d had an impact on them. I know that I can do this by using Fit Model, but this analysis changes only a P value and I am looking for analysis which would change the bodyweight figures as well.

Thanks!

Re: Analysis of covariance

It would help if you described your study, the variables in your study, and the ANCOVA model you intend to use with these variables.

Re: Analysis of covariance

Hi,

4 treatments/ 5 replications ech. I will run a one way analysis <Anova>, looking for differences between Control vs T2; Control vs T3 and Control vs T4.

Not everyting went according to plan at 7 days, therefore I want to use 7d as covariant.

Thank you
