3D Hazard Ratio Graph

Hello everyone. Does anyone know how to make a 3D hazard ratio graph? Where the covariables would be the x/z axis and the hazard ratio would be the y-axis. Thanks!

Re: 3D Hazard Ratio Graph

is this option not available on JMP then?

Re: 3D Hazard Ratio Graph

I suggest learning about Scatterplot 3D, Contour Plot, and Surface Profiler to see if they suit your purpose.

Re: 3D Hazard Ratio Graph

Thank you for your response! Is there a way so that those options could integrate the hazard ratio as the Y-axis? I more or less just want to make a graph of my Cox regression analysis with hazard ratio as the y-axis, one continuous variable as the x-axis, and another continuous variable as the z-axis. Thanks

Re: 3D Hazard Ratio Graph

You just need a data column with a formula for the hazard. These 3D plotting platforms work with 3 continuous data columns in the plotting roles.

Re: 3D Hazard Ratio Graph

I see that makes sense! In terms of the hazard formula, since each variable has its own hazard ratio, how would I derive the formula? Thanks!
