Create 'generic users' which can be tagged if staff attention is needed

Or some other way of tagging/getting attention from staff. Most important topics would be bug reports in my opinion, but most likely there are also others.

 

I personally don't like contacting JMP support regarding issues that have been posted to JMP community due to time it takes (it takes at minimum triple the amount of time than just answering the question).
