WELCOME link is in a funny place.

If one is at the root page (Community Home), the only way to get to the WELCOME page is: At the very top of the web page: Community -> Other Communties - > Welcome. This is a bit confusing

This has been addressed, and Welcome link is now under the community home drop-down.

WELCOME should probably be under COMMUNITY HOME, or alternatively, clicking on Community Home should take you to WELCOME.
