Totally confused by order of the posts in this thread - what is going on?

Admittedly, and unfortunately, the community doesn't do a good job of indicating which replies are to which messages.

What order are you seeing and what's confusing you? I posted a message late yesterday asking for a "reset" of the conversation to try to make sure we were pointing the OP in a good direction.

There are options in the Topic menu (at the very top of a thread) for how to sort the messages. (NB: my menu may have more options than yours.)
