Pharma/Biotech Data Discovery Series: Session 3, Design of Experiments (DOE) Basics using Custom Designs

This journal provides background for thinking about DOE design and analysis. 

A key component is the DOE Walkthrough. It is a step-by-step guide for setting up your first DOE. Its very similar to the tutorial under the HELP>Tutorials>DOE Tutorial option in JMP, but with a couple of helpful short-cuts and a pharma flavor.
