Development of an Automated Biphasic Extraction and Dual UHPLC-HRMS Platform Fecal metabolomics and lipidomics capture integrated molecular signatures of host, diet, and gut microbiome, but traditionally require separate extraction and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) workflows.
