Enhance your analytics game in a collaborative environment.
We invite you to attend the Netherlands JMP Users Meet-up. If you’re not currently using JMP, there’s still something for you. This gathering will give you the opportunity to engage in collaborative learning with fellow JMP users and presenters from different industries, and of course our JMP experts.
Your involvement will contribute to the collective analytics knowledge of all members through cross-industry networking, support and interactive learning.

Development of an Automated Biphasic Extraction and Dual UHPLC-HRMS Platform
Fecal metabolomics and lipidomics capture integrated molecular signatures of host, diet, and gut microbiome, but traditionally require separate extraction and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) workflows. To develop a unified workflow, multivariate optimization across extraction chemistry, LC-MS conditions, and automation was performed using a Design of Experiments approach, resulting in a scalable automated biphasic extraction and dual UHPLC‑HRMS platform.

Development and Optimization of Water Analysis Methods Using JMP DOE and Modeling
This research focuses on developing comprehensive multiresidue analytical methods for detecting diverse chemical contaminants in water matrices, including drinking surface and groundwater. Central to this work is the use of JMP for experimental design, optimization, and statistical modeling. Fractional and full factorial screening designs optimize both instrumental conditions and sample preparation.
