This guide uses JMP to refer to JMP, JMP Pro, JMP Live, and JMP Clinical.
Beginning with JMP 18, users must be authorized to use the software. Administrators manage the list of authorized users by using the user's email address. The management is done in My JMP.
- Sign in to My JMP.
- Click Manage Software.
- Locate the JMP product and version in My Software, then click Manage.
You can now manage software authorizations for users. A list of currently authorized users, the number of authorizations allowed, and the number of authorizations available are shown.
