Pharmaron will demonstrate through case studies how JMP helps us implementing advanced statistical tools when developing gene therapy processes. The first case study focuses on JMP’s data management work package and how we use it at Pharmaron to handle large datasets and create a centralised database for accelerated exploratory analysis. The second case study demonstrates how small-scale reactors may be used in combination with JMP’s DoE work package to optimise large-scale performance. This helps accelerating gene therapy process development and characterisation studies. The third case study focuses on the use of JMP DoE work package to increase the accuracy of an analytical method, thus improving the ability to estimate critical quality attributes. The previous case studies are a crucial part of our gene therapy processes and demonstrate how Pharmaron uses modern data analysis techniques in JMP to facilitate gene therapy bioprocessing and analytics
