Meg Hermes is Manager of the JMP Customer Alliance team, which works to help JMP users translate the real-world experience of statistical enablement into compelling narratives that can influence leaders to embrace new methods. Prior to joining JMP in 2015, she worked as an academic journal editor and management consultant. She holds an MPhil from the University of Hong Kong and MA from the University of Chicago.
