Paste Reports into Other Applications (macOS)

To copy a portion of a report, use the selection tool (paste reports into other applications NoLocpaste reports into other applications NoLoc) on the toolbar or the Tools menu.

  1. Select the areas that you want to copy. Hold the Shift key to select more than one area.
  2. Select Edit > Copy.
  3. In the other application, select Edit > Paste or Edit > Paste Special. You can also drag the selection from JMP to the destination.

Note: JMP makes clipboard data available in multiple formats, and applications that support Paste Special let you choose among those formats for pasting. Some formats work better than others when you resize or edit JMP output in other applications. Other formats are ideal for printing.
