Oversampling in predictive modeling

This video is a supplement to the Predictive Modeling using JMP Pro course. It shows an example of how oversampling for classification works, both undersampling from the majority target level and oversampling from the minority level. It also demonstrates how to adjust the predicted probabilities for the sampling. 

You might also be interested in the Imbalanced Classification Add-In, which was discussed in a Discovery 2020 presentation.
