Q: Have the Snapshot Reports changed in JMP Clinical 18?

A: We still do a record-by-record comparisons, display lists of new and modified records, and add a flag list of those to reports.  However, we no longer include a domain view report for comparisons.  See video below.

Q: How the Sankey plots are generated, SAS code or JMP Script?

A: The Sankey plots are generated with a JMP Script.  JMP Clinical is now completely written using JMP instead of SAS.

Q: If I modify the ADSL and add custom variables, will that show up in the list of variables when using the Subpopulation builder?

A: Any variables in the datasets will appear in the filters as long as they were present when you added or refreshed your study.

Q: Can filtering options be saved and shared?

A: The filters built using the subpopulation builder can be saved.  Currently, the only way to share the filters are to copy the underlying text file and send it to others.

Q: Can these reports be generated with .sql, .sas, and/or .csv files as well as .jmp files?

A: JMP Clinical will accept JMP files, SAS files, and transport files for datasets.  So .jmp, .sas7bdat, or .xpt files. We are adding support for JSON files in JMP Clinical 18.1.

Q: Is the subject filter the only one available, can you add filters from other datasets?

A: You would likely use Subpopulations, filter by that, and then save.

Q: is there a way to create a report comparing Subpopulations?

A: If you select something, for example from a subpopulation, you can create a population flag, but it is not retained for a new data set.
