csv export : add options

What inspired this wish list request? 

Besides text import ( Make decimal separator an option ) the text export from JMP is quite restricted compared other programs like Cornerstone and Python.

What is the improvement you would like to see? 

Please scan the options which are available in Python for text export and add the most useful ones.
e.g.
- specify field delimiter: Save data table with tab delimiter through script .. or via GUI.

- specify decimal separator
- export with and without header

- option: quote strings

...

Why is this idea important? 

reduce the gap to other software.
