Update the instructions in the renewal license email to match the experience in the software.

Step 3 in the license renewal process no longer matches what happens in the software.  The Expired software popup no longer comes up as described in the email.  Instead, once you start up JMP, if you select Help, then the option renew Licenses is now active and clicking it brings up the aforementioned popup.  from there you can select open License as explained in the rest of the email.

My version of JMP is v16.1.
