JMP Wish List
We want to hear your ideas for improving JMP. Share them here.What inspired this wish list request? We were trying to explain the out of control tests to a group of users familiar with control chart concepts but not with JMP(R) and we got confused by the Test 2 description.
What is the improvement you would like to see? Simplify the description of test 2 to something like "nine points in a row on the same side of the center line." There is no need to mention "Zone C". Minitab(R) makes it simple:
Why is this idea important? The people in my organization use JMP(R) for industrial situations and the Nelson definition you have in the documentation is confusing by mentioning zone C.
