When a value is used as a 'By' or 'Page' variable, use any custom value ordering defined for that column.

This thread reminded me that I've tried to do this before:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Respect value ordering in 'By' variable
